Our vision is to connect support (help desk) and development teams by integrating disparate systems. Our customers are large and small, but have a common goal --- to automate the sharing of information between customer facing support and development teams.

To achieve customer goals, we provide an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that quickly and easily connects applications (cloud or on premise) to enable teams to enhance communication, share information and application data.

Unlike other generic platform providers, we provide deep application integration that supports the management and escalation of support feedback (cases, incidents, bugs, feature requests, etc.) to development teams. By supporting a bidirectional workflow complete with automatic system updates, customers eliminate the “black hole” between support and development teams.

Quantum Whisper expands reach to thousands of JIRA customers by listing on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Quantum Whisper expands reach to thousands of Microsoft customers by listing on the Azure AppSource Marketplace.

Building on it's vision expand into IT service & support tools, Quantum Whisper debuts with the integration of ServiceNow.

SaaS Platform: Move to Microsoft Cloud (Azure)

Quantum Whisper makes strategic to move to the cloud. Eliminating installation and upgrades in favor of a "point and click to value" in minutes, Quantum Whisper enters the software as a service (SaaS) market and is poised for growth.

2015

Support for RallyDev and VersionOne

Quantum Whisper expands its development integrations to support the final two market leaders in the space --- Rally & VersionOne.

2014

Support for JIRA

After intense focus on Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and VSTS, Quantum Whisper expands its supported development integrations to include a second platform --- JIRA!

2012

Introduce Integration Platform for Dynamics CRM

Despite landing several big customers, in 2012, Quantum Whisper pivoted away from product management software to focus on a more targeted market problem. Specifically, the "black hole" between help desk and development teams.
