Do you sell a perpetual license or a subscription?

The software is purchased as a service subscription and is renewable annually.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you may at any time. Simply adjust your account settings or contact us to communicate your preferred subscription.

Do you provide customer support?

We offer a variety of support channels: a support site with full documentation, discussion forums, and walk-through videos to help you realize immediate value. We also provide email, phone support and screen shares.

Do you support on-premise integrations too?

Yes. We support cloud-to-cloud integrations, hybrid environments (cloud and on prem) and finally, on prem only (both systems).

I'm not sure what subscription or plan I need. What if I'm wrong?

No worries. We only invoice after your free trial and once you are set-up and have a working integration. By that time, you usually have a good idea. Besides, you can always change.

What types of payment do you accept?

We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks and wire transfers. Note, the fastest and easiest way to pay is online. Look for the "Buy" button within your account. See invoice details for bank to bank transfers. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can sign-up for any plan at any time and upgrade or downgrade depending on your needs. You can sign-up year-to-year or save 10% by signing up for a 2-year plan.

Do you offer a discount for Non-Profits?

We offer a 20% discount on all of our plans for certified 501(c)3 organizations.

How long does it take to install and set-up?

No installation is necessary. Our solution is 100% online. As for set-up, armed with pre-reqs (provided), it takes customers as little as 60 minutes to configure their account. While many customers complete the set-up themselves, most customers take advantage of a free "Kick-off"call at the start of a free trial.

My purchasing department needs a quote. Can you help?

Absolutely. Many our customers require a quote to support their purchasing process. Often, they return to us with a Purchase Order (PO) to confirm the purchase. Just let us know what you need, and we'll get one to you ASAP.
